I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Brighton and am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

I am trained in CBT and may bring some of these techniques into my work.

I have experience working with adults in counselling agencies and previously worked at Mid Sussex Counselling Centre and a local hospice.
